No. The BRRRR8 Academy Core track starts at the very beginning — how to read a deal, how to get financing as a first-time investor, and how Section 8 works as a federal program available in every state. Experienced investors often tell us the Section 8 Deep Dive track alone was worth the enrollment.
No. Section 8 (the Housing Choice Voucher program) is a federal HUD program administered by local Public Housing Authorities in every state. The BRRRR strategy works in any market with distressed inventory and a functional HCV program. The course teaches the underlying principles; we use St. Louis as a live case study throughout.
